ABOUT THIS RAILCAR
Pneumatic discharge covered hoppers have interiors specially prepared for contamination-free transport of plastic pellets, resins or flakes. Floor slopes and coatings are optimized so that the commodity flows smoothly and promotes complete unloading.

Loading Hatches
This car has 20” low-profile hatches with airtight gaskets and hatch rings made of stainless steel. The covers have a toggle lock that secures them tightly with the gasket. Options are available for 6, 8, or 10 hatches.

Round side and smooth interior allows for ease of lining and enhanced coating performance, if required.
EDSCO Pro-Series® Low-Profile Gate
The EDSCO Pro-Series® Low-Profile Gate promotes efficient and reliable commodity unloading. It features a single-handle operation for easy use and a no-ledge design to prevent material blockages. The gate’s sturdy construction reduces maintenance over time.
