Aluminum Body Construction
Corrosion-resistant aluminum material traditionally eliminates the need for interior lining. Light weight aluminum construction results in an increase in payload, enhances shipper operational efficiencies.
Through Center Sill
Provides greater structural integrity, lower weight, and enhanced operation of outlet gates.
Round Roof
Improves structural integrity. Helps shed water and snow.
Steel Underframe
Provides strength and durability.
Continuous Trough Hatch
Aluminum extrusions form the hatch coaming and upper step portion of the roof. The roof is capable of supporting round trough ends and a variety of hatch cover designs.
Bolt-Up Gate Mounting
Accommodates industry standard outlet gates. Bolt-up arrangements facilitates ease of change out as product service dictates.
